			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Dopo il classico <a href="http://www.tortealcioccolato.com/2008/02/28/tiramisu/" ><strong>tiramisù</strong></a>, quello alle <a href="http://www.tortealcioccolato.com/2008/04/17/tiramisu-alle-fragole/" >fragole</a> e quello particolare e leggermente alcolico al <a href="http://www.tortealcioccolato.com/2008/11/13/tiramisu-baileys/" >bayles</a>&#8230;.oggi vi consiglio di provare a preparare il <strong>tiramisù alla composta di albicocca</strong> !! Seguite la ricetta base del<strong> tiramisù </strong>utilizzate però succo d&#8217;arancia e <strong>composta di albicocca</strong> per ricoprire i savoiardi prima di spalmare sopra la crema al mascarpone!! Veramente delizioso e delicato questo <strong>tiramisù</strong> va bene sia per i grandi che per i piccoli, un otttimo dessert per tutta la famiglia!!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Prendete una pirofila di vetro e ricoprite la base con i savoiardi; in una ciotola poi versate il caffè e 5 cucchiai di succo d&#8217;arancia, mescolate  e poi versatelo sopra i savoiardi.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Dopo la ricetta del classico <a href="http://www.tortealcioccolato.com/category/tiramisu/" ><strong>tiramisù</strong></a> e quella del <a href="http://www.tortealcioccolato.com/2008/04/17/tiramisu-alle-fragole/" >tiramisù alle fragole</a> oggi voglio darvi una variante leggermente alcolica&#8230;.il <strong>tiramisù </strong>al<strong> baileys</strong> !! un classico dei dolci, tra i più amati, il <strong>tiramisù</strong> è un dessert che può essere preparato in anticipo e si mantiene in frigorifero per un paio di giorni! gli ingredienti sono i classici del <strong>tiramisù</strong> come savoiardi, mascarpone, caffè, cacao e poi per questa variante ci vuole un pò di liquore <strong>baileys</strong> che lo rende leggermente alcolico e particolare!!</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Procuratevi una teglia di vetro</span> e versate sul fondo i savoiardi, poi in una ciotola mettete il caffè e 3 cucchiai di<strong> baileys </strong>e poi versatelo sopra i biscotti.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">In un&#8217;altra ciotola mettete i tuorli delle uova e lo zucchero e mescolate per bene aiutandovi con una frusta elettrica fino a quando avrete ottenuto un composto spumoso; unite a questo punto il mascarpone e continuate a mescolare, aggiungendo lentamente anche la panna montata e il<strong> baileys</strong> rimasto.</p>
